The hotel is located in the West Lake district of Hanoi, offering a lovely view of the largest lake in the city. the surrounding area is clean and has boulevard-like roads, unlike the narrow and congested streets of the Old Quarter. the hotel staff is friendly and speaks good English, providing helpful service. the rooms are spacious and well-designed, with large windows and balconies overlooking the lake. Some rooms even have a city view.
The breakfast options at the hotel leave much to be desired. the menu is limited and the quality of the food is below expectations.

Luxurious room! Extremely courteous well meaning staff.
Limited English by some front office staff though they were extremely courteous. A request like getting laundry done could take a couple of tries to effectively communicate.

Great views and location, helpful staff We had a lovely stay at this hotel in the Westlake area. the views of the lake were stunning and it was situated in a convenient location for getting around the city. the staff were always friendly and helpful in giving recommendations for things to see and do. the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained.
There weren't many options to choose from and the quality was lacking.

The location of the hotel was great, with many cafes, restaurants, and shops in close proximity. It was also situated near a scenic lake, providing a pleasant view. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with large windows offering a nice view. The bathroom was also nice, with a large shower.
The staff at the hotel were quite unfriendly and unhelpful. When we asked for an early breakfast to take away, they were rude and refused to accommodate our request.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in an upmarket area of this city, located in the lovely Tay Ho district. The hotel was incredibly clean, with impeccable attention to detail. The facilities were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was ideal, with numerous fine restaurants just a stone's throw away. Additionally, the breakfast menu had a wide variety of options to choose from.
Nothing that I didn't like.
